Don't hesitate on this set! You can't buy these separately for cheaper with the same quality. I was really not expecting the quality of the items that were in the box. The scraper is now my favorite, most used in the kitchen. The lame was amazing as well. Blades were sharp as desired and the handle is beautiful. I love the included leather cover to protect the blade. Both banneton baskets were nice quality and they worked perfectly for my bread loaves! This set is a MUST have for beginners and experienced bakers alike.
