    Good product : )

    My family likes these Kool-Aid hydration products. They prefer the fruit punch, but will drink the grape as an alternative at times. Be careful of the sodium. Also, they say they mix best in a water bottle that is 23.7 oz or around that size.

This classic flavor and brand combine to enter the sports market with this line of hydration products and I'm not mad about it. The packaging is retro Kool-Aid on the outside, convenient single serving hydration powders on the inside. The instructions recommend mixing each packet with 12 ounces of water but for me that was a bit on the concentrated side. This grape packed a punch! For hydrating after a workout, it did the trick. And the flavor was pure purple childhood nostalgia.
