Krusteaz Banana Nut Muffin, 15.4 OZ

Moist!!! Someone gave me a box of banana nut muffin mix. I added a medium banana, raisins, and some extra cinnamon. I used EVO. Baked it in an 8x8 square pan. It was so moist! The amount of walnuts was very generous. Will definitely use again, and now I’m excited to try other Krusteaz baking mixes!

Its teast is great and really moist. I will buy this again.

I absolutely love this muffin mix, and my kids do as well! I usually add some chocolate chips for a little extra treat. I love how easy the directions are to follow, and how they taste like they are made from scratch.

Best banana nut mix on the market! I have made it by the directions & have made it with add-ins, both are great! I add 1 ripe mashed banana & a capful of vanilla sprinkle in some cinnamon sugar…yummy! Also, your house will smell amazing!

I received a couple of these boxes from my local food bank. Instead of muffins, I decided to make banana bread. I added extra walnuts and honey. I also added some cut up apples and greek yogurt as a vegetable oil substitute. The texture and taste was amazing! I prefer Krusteaz brand because it requires less ingredients and keeps a great flavor.

I added 2 ripe bananas and substituted butter for oil, milk for water and added a butter-brown sugar topping for a loaf. Baked at 350 for about 1 hour. Ended up with an unbelievably delicious banana bread loaf.

So delicate and fluffy 💖. Cooked it in a glass loaf pan. Heavenly!

Whenever I make muffins they always come out a mess but these came out sooo nice!! I added a little bit of chocolate to the top too. I made these after school and they only took about 30 minutes (I normally take hours to bake even the simplest things)

My 2 year old has been asking for muffins. Today was the first time we tried the banana nut muffins and it was a big hit! I love making the mini muffins because it’s the perfect bite size for my 1&2 year olds. The muffins came out perfect and fluffy. I happened to only have 2 eggs at home and substituted the 3rd egg with an applesauce pouch, and they taste great! Will definitely be buying more! The best thing about this brand is no artificial colors or flavors!

I didn’t want to do a loaf pan or muffins. I used a regular Bundt pan. I sprayed the pan with pam baking spray and put the mix in. Baked it at 350 for about 40 minutes. Turned out perfect and moist. Gonna add vanilla icing.

I always have the most excellent results with any of the Krusteaz mixes. I usually do some add-ins, and I happened to have a couple of ripe bananas so I mashed those, added a sprinkle of cinnamon, a cap full of vanilla extract, about 3/4 of a cup of mini chocolate chips And a sprinkle of light brown sugar on top. Baked in a 350° oven in a 9 x 5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Absolutely perfect as I expected. I would never have to tell anyone that this was not from scratch, but I love to tell everyone because Krusteaz makes everything so delicious and so easy!

I use this mix to make banana bread and it is great. I switch it up a bit by adding one puréed banana & a dollop of plain yogurt. Plus some crushed walnuts. Everybody loves it and thinks it is from scratch lol

The Banana Nut Muffin mix is great in a bread machine set to Sweet Bread. I added 2 overripe bananas and halved the liquid from 1/2 to 1/4. Also substituted milk for the 1/4 cup. I use peanut oil as it adds to the nutty flavor. I also added some sliced almonds, a couple capfuls of vanilla, and a hearty dash of cinnamon to jazz it up. But even plain out of the box it tastes great. I love Krusteaz Sourdough mix; I use it in my bread machine.

I've been using your Banana Nut mixes for longer than I can remember and always keep a few extra boxes on hand for special occasions, especially given the supply chain challenges post pandemic. It's great plain with no add-ins, but adding extra chopped walnuts with cranberries, blueberries or chocolate chips makes an over-the-top, unbelievably tasty loaf or muffins with an incredible crunchy crown that isn't possible with all the other brands I've tried. I even give them as gifts to friends and family over the holidays and they always want to know what I did to make them turn out so big and tasty. With all the add-ins it takes about 10-15 minutes longer to bake than the time recommended on the box. It always turns out exactly as it should. If you notice a missing piece on the top of the loaf in the picture - I couldn't help myself. So good!

I am all about anything banana nut bread related ever since my Gramma made me some homemade banana nut bread loafs as a little girl! There is just something about the combo of flavors that melts in your mouth! These banana nut muffins do not disappoint at all!

Delicious moist muffin with a fantastic flavor, they are more expensive than other. Store brands, but I would happily pay a little more for better quality
