Krusteaz strikes delicious again!! This banana bread mix is fantastic and quick to make. I added half of a very ripe banana some toasted chopped walnuts half teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2/3 cup of milk instead of water with a shake of cinnamon for luck!! Absolutely moist, flavorful and a magnificent rise to this bread. Baked in a 9x5 inch metal loaf pan for 58 minutes. Thanks Krusteaz 👍

Delicious!! Bakes up fantastically!! Have recommended to family & friends. Vegan: Used Vegan Butter to coat glass loaf pans, used Eggs from plants for eggs, added 3 extra Bananas (super ripe) to replace oil, per loaf, and voila, YUMMY!!

Best Banana Bread Ever

Best banana bread, EVER! It is the perfect texture and level of sweetness—so lightly sweetened, and tastes completely natural! I added 2/3 of a cup of chopped organic walnuts just to make it my own! I resisted adding the raisins, thinking it probably didn’t need them, but might be worth a try! It is so delicious just like it is with a kind of a wheaty texture. So delicious with melted cheese, cream cheese, a little bit of almond butter, or just by itself, toasted for breakfast! This is a complete winner, and a must- try!

If I were making this ‘from scratch’, I would add some leavener. There was none in the ingredient list. Therefore, the bread collapsed. It tasted good but looked strange. I will not be buying the package again.

Delicious Banana Bread

This banana bread was so good. I love that it uses real bananas in the mix instead of artificial flavoring. Was also really easy to make as promised on the box. Just needed some eggs and oil and you’re good to go. Came out perfect. Will definitely be buying again!

The best!

I bought this a couple of days ago and wow it's the best banana bread mix. It's so moist, you can really taste bananas in the easy recipe. I also placed walnuts on top and melted butter. The butter really brought the richness and flavor out and just right. I made it in an 8x8 glass dish and it rose quite a bit while in the oven and went down after cooling. It seemed as if it became more dense. It was perfect, reminded me of bread pudding without the glaze. I intend to put glaze over it the next time I make it.
