Very thin padding
This changing pad is so thin, I'm afraid to put my baby on it. I can hear the wood from my changing table when I touch my finger to it. I work in child care, I know that they need some padding in case they decide to slam their head back while you lay them down. Would not recommend.

This changing pad is perfect for the changing table I bought. It’s approximately 6 inches shorter than my changing table which leaves enough room to stash my wipes and creams. It’s thick enough and water (pee) resistant. Without a cover it’s a little slippery, but nothing a towel or quick change can’t fix.

Love this changing pad cover. Fits on top of our dresser perfectly. Those complaining of it tearing, you need to use a changing pad cover. Do not change baby directly on it as it will get worn out.

Cracked after less than 3 months
After less than 3 months of ordinary indoor, household use with my newborn, the plastic top of the pad has already cracked in several places. We’ll have to see how long the Gorilla tape holds out before I need to buy a new one:/ Apart from its lack of longevity, the pad has worked well for us (comfortable for baby, raised side edges and strap keep baby from wiggling off, easy to wipe clean).

It’s a nice shape and seems comfortable, but the quality is awful!! It got ripped by my (not very long and definitely not sharp) fingernails WITH A COVER ON IT. It has since ripped more and is now useless. I wish I had went for a different option instead of one that would be useless a few months in.
