polyester plastic tampons
There is nothing organic about polyester. Polyester is synthetic. Polyester is literally plastic. The tampon itself contains plastic, not just the applicatior. What about that is organic? False advertising!! I only can use Honey Pot from now on.

Awful
I have been attempting to be more mindful about what I put in my body, so I had high hopes for these. They are just awful. The applicator is difficult and can be painful at times. The tampon itself has terrible absorbancy. The search for organic tampons continues.

Hypocrisy
Why even make the container out of plastic if you’re going to tout reducing plastic usage. Did we forget that cardboard containers exist?

Worse tampons ever. I don’t leave reviews, but had to inform others. Had an allergic reaction down there right after using them. Burning and irritation. Never again!

Not absorbant
Not very absorbent, most of the product stays dry while already leaking. Really wanted to like these but they miss the mark.

L.'s tampons are no longer compact
I used to exclusively use this brand, but within the last year, L. changed their tampons and they are no longer compact. This makes insertion painful - a little stabby feeling. They also don't sit inside of me comfortably and don't stay put or absorb as well. I know everyone's internal anatomy is different, but this change has definitely led me to move to brands that offer compact tampons.

It’s always important to choose the lowest tampon absorbency necessary for your menstrual flow. If there isn't enough flow to expand the tampon so it can absorb the fluid, then it may leak down the side of the tampon. With that said, using a lower-absorbency tampon for a heavy flow may fill the tampon up quickly and, if not changed soon enough, may result in leakage. Not what it used to be
These used to be my favorite brand but something has changed recently. Immediately after putting in a new tampon I am already leaking. Quality has gone done tremendously

Toxic and harsh ingredients
These have caused me to have a bad allergic reaction. Dull pain on my right side swollen V. On top of that the do not absorb anything. I would stay away from these and I will be throwing them out.

Terrible
These tampons are terrible. They do not absorb anything because they don’t expand! I’ve had sooo many leaks, never had one with Tampax. And I’m not even a heavy bleeder… I will never purchase these again and will not recommend to friends

Room for Improvement
I like these because they’re organic. I like the plastic applicator but I dislike the shape of the end part that we hold on to. The odd or narrow shape is difficult to hold on to. I also dislike that I can’t easily see the S or R on the products and when I’m half asleep in the middle of the night, I don’t like having to spend so much time trying to remember what packaging means Super or Regular because I can’t see the S or R. I dislike the plastic container as well and prefer a more organic earth friendly packaging. I hope they make product changes and if so, then I’ll try them again because organic is the preferred product for me.

Toxic titanium dioxide!!!
I was bamboozled this is not organic it has polyester fibers. It has glycerin it has paraffin and worst of all it’s got titanium dioxide they say it’s naturally occurring but so is lead so it’s arsenic. Do you want that in your body the stuff is straight poison.

Our high-quality ingredients are rigorously tested and meet strict safety and government regulations around the world. We use titanium dioxide in our tampon thread, not the absorbent core. It represents much less than 0.1% of all ingredients used in tampons. Titanium dioxide is a naturally occurring mineral and has been used safely in many personal care products for years. As well, our tampons do contain a 100% organic cotton core.

Misleading description
Extremely misleading packaging. “Organic cotton core” title obscures the actual ingredient list which includes: polyester, glycerin, paraffin, and titanium dioxide.

Please dont use these —
I bought bc I saw organic and then couldn't understand why my periods where so heavy. I look closely and they are adding other ingredients like glycerin and parrafin. Things that doesn't need to be inside of us. Google these and complaints of cancer, heavy bleeds etc. Please discontinue!
