About the Author

Xavier Salomo tiene cuatro pasiones: leer, dibujar, el cine y el teatro. Quería ser pintor, pero el destino lo llevó a la escuela Massana, donde descubrió la ilustración. Desde el año 2000, ha hecho un montón de libros para niños y jóvenes, muchos de ellos publicados en varios países. De joven dirigió "La Isla del tesoro" y tiene ganas de volver a adaptar alguna obra suya. Ha ganado dos premios Junceda de ilustración.

Meritxell Martí y Orriols es una escritora de literatura infantil y juvenil. Es licenciada en humanidades, doctora por la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona y máster en Relajación, Meditación y Mindfulness por la Universidad de Barcelona.

Xavier Salomo has four passions: reading, drawing, cinema and theatre. He wanted to be a painter, but fate led him to the Massana school, where he discovered illustration. Since 2000, he has made a lot of books for children and young people, many of them published in several countries. As a young man he directed "Treasure Island" and he wants to adapt one of his works again. He has won two Junceda awards for illustration.

Meritxell Martí and Orriols is writer of children's literature and YA. She has a degree in humanities and obtained a PhD in Barcelona's Autonomous University, as well as a Master's in meditation and mindfulness.
