Package arrived fully secure and packed on ice to ensure it was received in good quality condition. Biggest disappointment was that 5 of the 8 cups seemed that they were previously melted prior to shipping and only discovered this upon opening 1 every few days. For the money paid, it was not an overall good value as I don’t believe I had the best quality product.

Sorry but I did not like these at all. And I am a HUGE coffee lover. Not a lot of espresso/coffee flavor. Bitter, not sweet. I won't be able to finish them.

To me it's very bitter. I like it but at the same time I can barely eat it. I usually love dark chocolate but with the espresso it's like eating espresso beans without the crunch.

I've had the Lait ones also and they are great too! I've never seen chocolate coffee cups before much less sugar free ones so they must have the corner on the market which is fine with me! I'll continue ordering them.
