[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Baby’s skin is so sensitive and this fabric is beyond soft against their skin! If washed well, and didn’t fall apart or lose its shape. Bright blue sea creature theme is adorable for little boys or even a gender neutral under the sea! Loved it on the changing station!

The fit is perfect and I love that this cover is made of velvet, extremely soft when changing my son’s diaper! Would highly recommend :)
