This cleansing water isn't meant to suds up the way a traditional facial cleanser does. Micellar water is meant to be applied onto a cotton round, until the round is damp, but not dripping. You then take the cotton round and cleanse your face to help remove stubborn makeup and impurities. If you want to try a cleanser that does foam up, we suggest trying our Absolue Rose 80 Cleansing Balm to Foam! This gentle cleanser removes makeup while keeping your skin clear of impurities.
