These socks are horrible. Wore a new pair on my cruise and the stitching combined with pressure from my shoe gave me skin abrasions on my foot.

Great for summer!
I still prefer to wear socks with closed shoes, even in summer. These socks are short enough so my ankles stay cool even though my feet are covered. They stay up and launder well. The fabric is thin, but sturdy.

Good if you need a thin sock - run small!
I normally fit a S/M in Lands End socks, but these run very small. I got the L/XL and they fit well. I wear a size 7.5 shoe, regular width. These socks are good if you just want a thin layer.

Sizing Issue
When I opened the package I thought I had received kids' socks, they were so small. I wear size 10 shoe and ordered L/XL which should have fit. The socks do stretch and cover my foot, but they aren't comfortable or made of substantial material, very thin.

No cushioning
I guess I expected them to be thicker or cushioned, like sports socks. They are not. They are thin, like the old cotton knee socks that I used to buy from Lands End but are no longer available. (They now have cotton blend trouser socks that don’t reach to the top of my calf and fall down.) When I felt how thin they were, I didn’t even try them on, I just returned them.

Very nice - these are made from much better knit, dense yet light weight than other 'no show' socks - specifically for athletic shoes as they would probably show with flats. Fits a little snug - I wear shoe size 6.5 or 7 - would not want these any tighter

Stay on socks
These no show socks are great. They stay on my feet, even when hot and humid. I like them because they aren't close to my ankles. Others cause my ankles to itch
