Leaks during thawing. I measure below 6 ounces and milk will leak! Not worth it. Too thin. Was good for refrigerated freshly pumped milk but not for freezer use. Get Madela bags instead. Bag is thicker and never had any issues. Just sad I wasted alot liquid gold with these bags. :(

We used these for all the pumping my wife did at home. Used a couple hundred bags… many filled to the max 6 ounce marks using a measuring cup. Upon thawing, approximately 10% of the bags (from different boxes) had leaks in the bottom corners. Disappointed we ended up tossing at least 100 ounces of milk because of it. Unless the leak issue is fixed, would not recommend

Used about 100 or so bags for breast milk storage in a deep freezer (held in another ziploc gallon bag). Roughly 10% of them leaked upon thawing, causing the loss of about 60 ounces of milk. Super frustrating when you have to react to quickly thaw another bag of milk for a screaming baby! The leaks were always from the lower seam or lower corner. All bags were filled using a measuring cup so as not to overfill.

I’ve always used Lansinoh bags, with all four children. I don’t know if I got a box that didn’t pass through quality control but there are holes in the bags when they thaw. I’ve lost 12 ounces so far of frozen breast milk and am very disappointed.

Bags tear when trying to open / Perforation issue

When opening the bags for the first time, the perforations appear to be defective, causing the whole top of the bag (where you are supposed to be able to write) to be ripped off. I used these bags with my first child and had no issue, but now the bags seem to have a defect. It has occurred numerous times. Is this a batch issue or is this how the bags are indefinitely?

I really like these for milk storage. Not as thick as some brands but still hold up well. Occasionally leak after thawing a frozen bag but I try to thaw in a glass bowl for this reason just in case. Some people have a hard time with pouring, but I find using a flange as a funnel works well! (Fav brand is the momcozy though)

I wasn’t going to address this, but other moms need to know. Do not use these storage bags! Save your money and your milk! I followed proper storage instructions, but have lost over 100 ounces in Breastmilk due to them leaking!! I’m so disappointed and upset because supplying milk for my child is hard work.
