Within two days of owning this it began falling apart. The plastic is extremely brittle and all the connections that keep the top attached to the legs began breaking as soon as I used it. First I couldn't raise the main section but I could still use it flat and then the smaller section completely separated from the unit so it's basically less than half usable within weeks. Super frustrating. Do not buy!

This laptop desk does exactly what I needed it to do. It fits my 15.6 inch laptop easily, laptop feels secure in any of the tilted positions, and I was able to use it straight out of the box without any adjustments. I spent hours researching lap desks and I don't think you'll find one this size at this price. Most I looked at only work for 14 inch laptops and are at least $10 more than this. I'd recommend buying in-store so you can choose a box that hasn't been opened. I've had this for nearly two months and it's one of my best purchases recently!

Ok design, bad plastic quality, will break in the screw connection

It sucks, the design is ok, but the plastic will break easily, I got the first one broken, I went back and get the second one, and it broke again with minimal force apply to the corner, same issue, the plastic broke between the connection of the screw and the stand. The quality of the plastic sucks, do not buy

The product I received was broken - one of the screws was dented and fell right out of the box before I even slid the desk out. I had to cob it together since I needed this item for my works in office day. Very disappointing. Clearly not as durable as advertised.

Honestly, it's bigger than I expected, which is not a bad thing. It fits my 15-inch laptop, and I still have plenty of space for my mouse. I like that I have the option to work on my bed now that I own this desk. Overall, it does what I wanted it to do, and I'm happy with it.

Good, but....

Whats in a name - 2 years ago
First, I plan on keeping it. But as others have noted, there are some issues. 1. The legs do lock but once you have them shortened, making them longer kinda requires a third hand. I don't see needing to mess with it after setting it once, tho. I set them in the lowest position, which still keeps the tray above my legs. 2. The rocking forward issue. I got this so I could raise up the height of my laptop screen while on my bed. With the tray angled up, it works to accomplish the goal. The issue is that the curve in the legs means the feet are a few inches *behind* the front edge of the tray. On a spongy mattress, the propped up laptop puts some of its weight in front of the legs (bad!). The front legs sink into the mattress more than the back and the whole tray ends up tipping forward some. With the legs low, it can't go far before hitting me, so I can still use the laptop just fine. If the legs were squared off, it would be less likely to do this. Nuisance? Yes. Unworkable? No. I just know that the tray will be resting against me. I can still use the laptop just fine, which I am doing right now. I used to have the laptop on my legs, so this is still better for my neck.

This desk is good quality. It does it’s job well. I wish the part that raises up and down could be locked into place better, but besides that it does what I needed it for which was to hold my laptop while I do online classes.

The only thing this needs is a latch to keep it in place when laying flat, otherwise it flops open all the time. I can rig something up to fix it, but it would have been doable from the get-go by the manufacturer.
