The Larsen Soloist and Magnacore cello string set combines the enhanced projection and focus—especially at higher harmonics—of the Soloist strings, with the full rounded sound in all registers of the Magnacore strings. It includes the Soloist A and D strings, featuring a solid steel core wound with stainless steel flat wire, and the Magnacore G and C strings, with a multi-stranded steel core wound with high-grade tungsten precision-rolled flat wire. It is available in medium tension.
