This does not fit well around the middle. I am not long torso, but the elastic fit more up towards the bust and when I pulled it down, it lost it blousy look. The material is DEFINATELY see through

Such a cute dress! I'm 5'4", 128 lbs. fits perfectly, I'm short waisted but the elastic hit where it should. I bought the belt too and it's a great casual look.

I had to return it. . .

because the construction was a little "cheap" versus the price for how little use I would likely get out of it. However, I will say that it was perfectly true to size and quite comfy.
