Latino Heritage Month Women's Maxi Skirt - Black Floral

The skirt is pretty but the seams crinkle up on the side making it awkward. Not sure if it is the slip without buying it and removing the slip. Except if it is not the slip then I would have just wasted my money on an ill-fitted skirt.

This skirt is every bit as beautiful as it looks in the photos. I'm a s/m 6/8 with an athletic build, and purchased both the small and the medium; the fit is exactly the same as Target's other slip skirts, so if you have bought one before, stick with your regular size. I will usually get a small in Target's slips skirts where I'd usually get a medium in the Mercantile retailer (old Gwyneth style); this new design with the wider elastic at the waist is a little snug, but the hips fit. Target's medium slip skirts fit in the waist, but the hips are too wide. My only issue with this beauty is the ½ slip (yes, this slip skirt has a slip) liner, which I plan on removing because with it the material at the hips doesn't lay flat due to the liner's seams.
