Horrible bottle design
The product itself softens, detangles, and rinses well. It smells good, but does lean a bit towards cologne or patchouli. The bottle packaging however is absolutely horrible. The plastic is so incredibly thick it can’t be squeezed even if you were able to get a decent grip (which is nearly impossible). I have completely removed the lid and have to resort to knocking it upside down similar to a ketchup bottle. Tempted to try a separate pump to see if that helps, but I foresee quite a bit of wasted conditioner not worth the effort to get out as the level lowers.

I love the shampoo and conditioner itself, it smells expensive and it is hydrating. However… this bottle design is ATROCIOUS. It’s so hard to get the product out without hurting my hand. How did this even get approved?

Ridiculous package design
I'll give the conditioner 4 stars, but the ultra-rigid plastic packaging makes it almost impossible to access the shampoo inside, therefore I give it a two star rating. Because of the triangular shape, there is no real way to squeeze product from this container -- especially when hands are wet.

Grip Strength Workout
Cute bottle, do not buy unless you have the grip strength of a silver back gorilla. Getting arthritis just trying to get the conditioner out. Conditioner works just as good as your average conditioner but I’m too angry every time I wash my hair to really notice a difference I guess

Love the product, HATE the bottle.
I have very thin hair and am always looking for new shampoo options. I love this product. It smells good. It leaves my hair feeling thicker and shinier. But it's next to impossible to squeeze it out of the bottle. I've used it about 6 times, and I am really struggling to get it out. I want to use all of the product, but I don't know how I'm going to get it out. And because of where the cap is you can't turn it upside down to let the product move toward the top. If only they made a pump for it...then I'd leave a 5-star review.

HATE the bottle
I typically don't write reviews but I'm literally going out of my way to warn y'all about the bottle. Just imagine trying to squeeze a triangular bottle. It's basically impossible. Also I agree with others, it seems to leave a film, and the only good thing is the scent. Super aesthetic in the shower but otherwise useless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this product I wanted to love, especially after seeing Olivia Culpo receive it as a gift to use as well, but it left my hair feeling a bit dirty after washing thoroughly. I thought maybe it was just because I showered quick but everyone I use these two it feels like it leaves behind a film. Scent is good though. Just not sure I would buy again.
