Nice looking table. Leick Home/Laurent purposefully adds imperfections to the finish to give their stuff a slitghly distressed, rustic look. I would have liked a nicer handle on the drawer, but this one will do. They install it so you'd have to drill it out to remove it anyway. There was no room to spin the Allen wrench for the screws right under the table top, so that was slow going. The Allen wrench supplied with the table is small, so I ended up using one from a set I have at home for a better grip. Be careful with the finish, too. It's rolled on and splits and flakes if exposed to standing water. Make sure any coasters you use do not accumulate condensation underneath. Some of them do, including cork-bottom coasters. That's what ruined the finish on my prevoius end table, prompting the purchase of this one. Lastly, Target's description for this table has an error. The drawer does not have ball bearing glides. It simply slides along a length of thin wood underneath its center and has two, small wood dowls on each side of the bottom back end that serve as drawer stops.

Was very disappointed by this item. It is solid wood like they say, but the first set I received had shipping damage to one table and the other one had dents on the wood top that they just stained over. I loved the way they looked, so I took them back and ordered two more. When they arrived, one table had same problems with dents on wood top and other one cracked the wood when I tightened screw. Sent them back and will not buy this brand again. They weren’t a cheap price, so I thought they would have been made better.

I needed a small chair side table and this was perfect! It even has room enough for a lamp etc. This was very easy to put together just had to attach legs and the instructions were very easy to follow. Only con would be the drawer is small but then again keeps from making no it a junk drawer! I would definitely recommend this product. It is very well constructed and the dark wood color will match almost any decor
