Use sharp scissors to achieve desired length. Insert into the shoe with fabric side up. LEADER Soles for Shoes Women has thin profile that fit virtually into any shoe and stay in place with less wrinkling and bunching. Separate left and right insole. Insert into shoe fabric side up. Insoles must lie flat. Your insole size is the same as your shoe size. LEADER Shoe Sole Replacement Women is unisex, fitting sizes for Men 7-13 and Women 5-10. Replace every 6 months or at first signs of wear.
