I've bought Lean Cuisines for years and lately they have literally been unedible. I decided to try like everyone and find at least one that could possibly be eaten, I found it : Spaghetti with Meat Sauce isn't bad the sauce has a good flavor(taste) and the meatballs aren't bad they actually taste like meat. If this one doesn't change I will continue to order this as I continue on a misson to try a few others that I have left to try. I'm not getting my hopes up as most are absolutely horrid as they've changed. This one is Pretty Good and a good sized portion too.

It had a great flavor. Sauce was adequate and I would have really enjoyed it if it wasn't so darn spicy.

First of all, I am 100% Italian American. Pasta is our side "starch" like the Asians & Hispanics eat rice. This meal is "good" but I make it"better" after the 3:30 Minute microwave time.
After that 3:30 I peel back the foil, add a little olive oil, garlic powder, and a tablespoon or 2 of tomato sauce. I mix the ingredients with the pasta, put the cover back, & microwave again for about 1 minute. I I then tear the cover off & sprinkle some Romano cheese and mix everything.
It's great at this point. This may increase the calorie count slightly but the new taste is better than the original.

The new recipe is very nasty. Noodles are soggy, sauce is soupy and tastes funny. The ground beef also has a funny smell.
Do not buy

The label says 15 g of protein. There is no way you can have 15 g of protein in 1 teaspoon of meat.

I absolutely love Lean Cuisine spaghetti and meat sauce however, this meal had no plastic seal covering and protecting it. I have never purchased anything from Line was saying that wasn’t properly sealed inside of the package .

Tastes good to me; I bought this one cause the Stouffer’s version was sold out, and I think they’re close.
New flavor, and more floating herbs.

I would love to know if something changed, It was not a pleasant experience this time. Like an entirely new recipe. Lots of onion powder and the smell in the microwave unappetizing. It tasted different. I like the light sauce from before with very light seasoning but a little tangy. like a touch of vinegar or wine but very low spice. After I cooked all the black herbs or pepper floated to the top making it look like it was covered in insects. It had hardly any herbs in the past so I was afraid to eat it. If you change something you have to tell in big letters. I was scared. But the new flavor is no good for me anyway.
Not the old school Spaghetti and sauce

been eating this for years 20+. remember when we had to boil them in water so goood. However LC has definitely changed the recipe. Sauce is not as rich and lush as it use to be no more mushrooms . Why do you have to change a good thing.

This was an excellent tasting frozen meal. Perfect if you just need a quick protein packed meal. Spaghetti was cooked perfectly and the sauce to meat ratio was perfect. Not too thick and not too thin. Definitely recommend!

"Protein Kick" Lean Cuisine meals new to me. Couldn't find original Chicken Parmesan in stores so tried this version: very disappointing. Followed directions. Result?: Rubbery chicken with coating falling or peeling off, flavorless cheese and pasta sauce too sweet and browned at edges. Now I am hoping good-tasting Lean Cuisine favorites are not replaced by protein kick versions.

So disappointed that you changed the recipe. I loved the previous one with mushrooms and the thicker spaghetti pasta; this one just tastes bland. Please bring back the old recipe.

This used to be my favorite go to frozen dinner. The sauce has been changed it is almost non existent. It doesn't taste good at all. The meat, even though it is more, has a bad taste to it. Please change it back to how it used to be it was amazing.
