Clear instructions and the meal is done in 5 1/2 minutes depending on your microwave. The tray was very hot though and wish there was an easier way to handle it when taking it out.

Truthfully, it was a very busy night, and i needed to eat quickly and completely forgot to take a picture for this. When I buy freezer meals, it's almost exclusively to have at work, so being quick and having protein are important factors. The macros are 23P | 27C | 6F, which is absolutely one of the better lean cuisine options for protein. I love this one and will keep buying it.

The Salisbury steak is ok. If you need something quick and easy this is for you. Don't expect a great taste or for it to be very filling.
