Q: Does this new edition have pieces that will fit into the plates on the old version of the toy? We have the old version so if we bought this one, it would be nice if the pieces are interchangeable.

So many ways to plays! A lot of items, endless fun. I like to play with it too. Good quality. Great sound. The only minus for us is handle. It bother and prevents from opening the basket so you need to turn the handle first and then open the basket. It should be larger in my opinion not to stuck in the middle
