The Smoothie Break Sensory Fidget Activity Set offers a delightful way for toddlers to explore their emotions through play. With engaging items like a feelings poster, squeezable strawberry, and calming activity cards, this set encourages interaction and emotional understanding. Many guests found it beneficial for teaching coping methods and keeping little ones entertained. However, some noted that the appeal may be limited for older children, making it best suited for younger kids.

Fun tool for big feelings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were gifted this 'Smoothie Break! Sensory Fidget Activity Set' from Learning Resources in exchange for my honest review. We've been using it for a little over a week now and it includes a feelings poster, a squeezable strawberry, a nesting orange for spinning or flipping, a smoothie cup with boba beads and 15 double sided calming activity cards. If you have a toddler or have cared for one, you know that they're in a unique phase where they're learning about the various emotions they feel and sometimes at high levels. That's where us parents/caregivers step in to help them navigate those emotions and teach them different coping methods. When I first introduced the items in this kit to my 3 year old, we used the feelings poster to talk about how he was feeling and some of the other emotions showed. We then went through the activity cards to talk about different ways we can find some calm or feel better when dealing with tougher emotions. We had fun with it and he was particularly a fan of the movement ideas (stretching, yoga poses, jumping jacks, etc.) and the fidget spinner. He's even insisted on bringing the cards and orange spinner along on various outings. It actually has been useful during some recent moments where he was experiencing some big feelings. Overall, we've enjoyed having it so far and I'm definitely going to keep it in my 'parenting toolbox' to mix things up and keep it fun. The third party site I was sent to in order to submit my review will not let me connect my IG account to share pics/my reel, but it is @OrganicallyHer if you're interested.

I would buy this product again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child seemed to really enjoy playing with these. I think they're great for younger kids. I'm not sure how much an older kid would enjoy them compared to other fidget toys. They were easy to figure out and kept my kid busy.

Kind of boring for being for 3+
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 yr olds were excited for a new toy but were over it within 5 minutes. It says it's for children 3+ but the toys look like they'd be for 6month olds. So the age is just geared towards the cards/ activities which they didn't really care for either. Maybe a 1 or 2 yr old would get more enjoyment out of it.

Great thinking toy for my almost 3 year old
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was a different type of toy than we have previously purchased. Liked the educational side that prompted creativity from my child:

Good for my 2 year old not for my 3 year old
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 3 year old autistic kid, and he only like liked the raspberry but for fun not as an educational or to help with any sensory issues. The toy says is for 3 years and up, however my 2 year old enjoy it more as a toy than my 3 year old kid.

Cute toys but made for a younger age than listed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 yo daughter was excited to get her very own toy to review! She immediately popped the orange apart & I was nervous that the smaller inside piece would also come apart & be a choking hazard! It pops right back together & so far just appears to be the larger piece that pops out. This would be lost very easily, making the toy useless & an adult has to fix it each time as it only goes in one way. The smoothie cup is cute however she thought it was boring, along with the other pieces. The little strawberry is a pop it & hand sized. The best part was the emotion cards, I think those will be used to show her a face to go along w/ the word. I feel like they should be aimed at a younger age except the orange coming apart creates a safety issue there too. These were played with for less than 10 minutes. I asked "do you want to keep them or give them away?" She immediately said "give them away me not play with those". That says it all.

Pieces too hard and big
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to testing the smoothie break fidget activity toys as I have a three-year-old who is almost 4 and thought it might be helpful for her. The idea of this kit is soothing your senses, when feeling active or fidgety. I tried these with my daughter, and they did not appeal to her. They are very cute and cheerful looking but not ideal for small hands. The smoothie and orange are very hard plastics which are large. They don't do too much except spin a little bit and have little balls that move around. She liked the soft raspberry the most because it's squishy. The five senses questions and card were way above her head. Overall, it just wasn't appealing to her or helpful at this time. Maybe this kit would be helpful for older children five and above. Great concept but I wouldn't recommend.
