Great for kids still strengthening their fine motor
Love the little alligator tweezers that come with it. They are easier than other child tweezers so a great product to get them started.

I have bought more since the first time.
I bought this for my 2 yr granddaughter. I love that it's interactional & we play & enjoy this game together. She can't count yet but she recognises colours. Based on our fun with it I have bought another for a gift.

Fun while learning
Our local library had this to borrow. (I would buy it if we didn't have so many other toys). My three and four year old really enjoyed playing the games. I supervised (although I didn't need to) and encouraged them to think about the bugs and had them elaborate from the game... thinking of many different ways to categorize things. A lot can be gained from this fun and simple game: fine motor control, counting, colors, different shape bugs, and taking turns.

Missing pieces!
Missing the dice! It should come with one color die and one number die. The tongs and bugs are great, but you can't play the game without the dice!

Fun for Bug lovers
he game is very easy to play and great for boys who love bugs. Recommended for ages 3+, it's a good little game for children with shorter attention spans because the games never last longer than ten minutes. The game can be played in a number of ways.. use your gator grabbers to nab up the bugs. You can either roll the number cube or the color cube to decide which color and the amount of bugs you'd like to collection.. you're kind of on a bug hunt in a sense. We've tried all the games and my son enjoyed it and it does help with counting, sorting colors and perfect for fine-motor skills because you have to use the gator grabbers. Added bonus is that these bugs are colorful and not flimsy so we've had more fun creating memories by just playing with them for playtime.
