Needs a review of the "M" and "W"
I was so excited to buy these. My grandkids live lacing projects. I wanted to teach them to recognize all the letters correctly and to spell their names. All of their names have a letter "M." When placing the "M" on a lacing string, it is upside down! They switched the holes on "M" and "W" forcing the use of a "W" in place of an "M" if you want it to hang correctly on the lacing string. This confuses the grandkids. Hard to teach them the difference if they are incorrect from the Chinese factory.

We buy this every year!!
We use these in Kindergarten packets each year--we string A-Z and give each child one to start practicing with the letters and forming into words.

Great product horrible customer service!
Love their products and have been buying them for years and will definitely continue to buy them! The only problem I see with these is that the ends of the laces aren't wrapped up far enough to get through some of the letters so it makes it a little difficult for little hands to get them through! Their customer service sucks though! Was charged twice and took 5 phone calls leaving messages (I can't call during the day because of my job) with a call back number and other details and not once did I receive a call or email back from them but finally it was taken off my cc.

A fun way for kids to learn about and manipulate letters.
I thought about buying these for a long time - I'm glad I finally did. They are well made alphabet learning tools.

I've used both the lacing numbers and alphabet characters to create Carnival necklaces for my yoga students; they're great, high quality and easy to work with
