  • A: The Veggie Farm Sorting Set pieces are made of durable, child-safe plastic, and the playmat is soft EVA foam. We are firm believers in safety first, every product undergoes rigorous independent testing and complies with U.S. safety laws. All our toys are non-toxic, phthalate-compliant, lead-compliant, BPA compliant, Proposition 65 compliant, and contain no mercury. While all plastics contain trace amounts of BPA by design, our products meet BPA compliance standards, meaning levels are so far below industry allowances that they cannot be detected and are completely safe. We use the term “BPA Compliant” to reflect this accuracy and transparency.

    So many different ways to use this set

    My son loves this set. The included instructions have a lot of different suggestions for ways to play with it to emphasize learning various things (colors, numbers, etc.), and it includes cards you can stand up to show what you want the child to plant in each row. He's been loving playing "farm" and practicing colors, counting, sorting, and the veggie names.

He actually matches and lines the veggies up and places them in the small baskets . This helps with math skills , Sorting & recognizing colors. I highly recommend this toy for children of all abilities . I also recommend speech therapist to use this working with children on the spectrum . You can be Creative with playing with the toy as well we used a few farm animals and a farmer boy figure as well. I received this product as part of an incentivized program. I plan on buying this as gifts for 3 of the children in his class .
