poor quality and cheap material
I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The toy arrived already opened and without any protective packaging or bag, which immediately made it feel like it had been used or returned before. For something marketed for kids, that’s really unacceptable. The material quality is very poor — it feels cheap and hard, not soft or safe like you would expect for a baby or toddler toy. Even a small throw could hurt a child, which makes me question its safety. For the price of $45, this is absolutely not worth it. I expected much better quality and proper packaging from Target. I would not recommend this product, especially for babies or young children.

Lost in Shipping
Bought this for a 1 year old's birthday party. Package apparently got lost in shipping. I received a note from USPS that I could pick it up, but not where. I called Target and they told me where to start. I took an hour of vacation time to go to the post office and they didn't have it. They said "hopefully it's on a truck somewhere", and that Target usually uses UPS, so they were just as confused. We finally got it. Corners were dented, but we have to live with it as I don't have time to get anything else.

Incredible therapy toy for a great value! You can work on so many goals with one toy and can get creative really easily. It definitely competes with my other therapy items that are name brand. It's flexible, and can be used across a variety of ages.
