Need to update in two months
I have only taken one month's supply and know from past experience, it will take 3 months to know results. However, I have taken this before, many years ago, and it did a great job for my skin. It is very pricey compared to other supps, but my skin has gotten so bad, I'm willing to spend it!

My "youthing" secret !
It's gone though a few changes (the gel capsules used to be white, and now they're red) and different packaging. Not sure if it's the same formula as the original, but I have been taking this product "religiously" for many years and I love it! Food for the skin! (And as a "side-effect," it is also good for the joints.) I look at least 15 years younger than my chronological age. It's a bit pricey, so I take it every second day instead of daily.

Sometimes I don’t know if a nutritional is going to work! My friend, Jade uses it and likes it. I have been taking them for a couple of months now, and can see my face is far less dry than before and I think I am looking younger! I highly recommend taking it for a few months and see if you see a difference! It’s also priced well as Swanson’s prices it that includes 2 bottles for the price of one bottle.

I see a difference in the moisture of my face. The plumping vs wrinkling. I see and feel rejuvenated skin on my arms and legs too. Very effective product for more youthful and healthier skin all around. I plan to use this for many years to come!
