Detailed and interesting build
Really enjoyed building this set as I like the new sets that are enclosed. Love the small potion detailing. Good price too for the amount of pieces. Passed a few hours to complete the build.

Nice and Nostalgic
I remember buying the original Harry Potter potions classroom set when I was a kid in 2001. Building this updated set brought back so many fun memories.

Got 2 of the same portraits
This is a cute set with good minifigures but I was super disappointed to get two of the exact same collectible portraits in this set. I know it is random but the odds of getting two of the same when there are 16 of them seems crazy. The set looks a little weird with 2 of the same portraits on the wall but it also looks weird leaving it blank. Would have been nice if Lego found a way to avoid this issue.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you like the set and the minifigures. We understand your disappointment with receiving two of the same collectible portraits. There are 16 different LEGO® wizard cards to collect, and since they’re packed randomly, duplicates can sometimes happen. We appreciate your understanding and will pass this feedback along to our team for future consideration. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out!

Potions Class
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoyed the build, how ever, as always, wish it had been bigger with more mini figurines. Love any Harry Potter Lego sets.

Very condensed yet expandable
The designers did a great job with this set. I'm not a huge harry potter fan. I've probably bought 2 or 3 sets ever (including this). The price is so-so depending on what you value. Normally I'd say this set is about 5$ overpriced, however the build quality is stellar. Pieces being able to be popped out to place where ever you want is a great foresight (lecterns, ingredient bowls, desks). The stickered pieces do look great, however I always struggle with smaller stickers. I would recommend any families having a parent apply the stickers for the curved tiles and the glass ingredient bowls. Keep in mind this set also has loose elements (In the bowls). I enjoy them from time to time so it's not a big deal. Overall: while I have no intention of buying any larger Harry Potter sets, I'm thoroughly happy with this one. If you're trying to save money where possible, I think it would be very easy to find this eventually with 4-5$ off. Never made a review, just wanted to give massive props to the designer, and Lego financial guys not price gouging this beauty.

Favorite HP classroom Lego
Love how you can rearrange most of the pieces, great as a playing feature and to make small sets feel bigger My fav set from this new wave, classroom location are always fun but this one is specifically amazing with all the potions and potion ingredients (extra points for the new pieces really cool stuff) Great minifigure selection! Just great design and thinking all around in every product of the wave so far truly incredible 👏

Brilliant new idea with nice accurate details
These little foldable play sets are a kind of upgrade to the previous Harry Potter moments sets (the foldable book sets) I love them all for their own uniqueness but it’s nice to see that these ones can be connected and incorporated into the new Hogwarts castle modular sections and even when folded everything can still be kept in place to look around. This one is based on those early scenes of Snapes potion classes and the detail is great and I love all of the little potions and bottles and the sticker details are reasonably accurate too. This set has three minifigures, we’ve seen Seamus a few times like this with his signature blown up face, we have Hermione and a new one.. Pansy Parkinson from Slytherin house. This early version of Pansy can actually be seen a lot in the first few films aside Draco and his crew -she is not a major character but it’s nice to include this minifigure due to the fact that she was always there. I do love all the Harry Potter sets and I think they keep getting better all the time and I’m so glad they keep making fresh ideas out of these movies and even after 20 or so years from the early first film like this set. I even love the way the packaging is kept all the same and familiar too. I hope they continue to keep up the fresh ideas without repeating too much but so far I’m really happy. The only little issues I found in his set (not that this really matter) is underneath there is a space left for a 1x1 grey square (see my photos no.3&4) but there is a spare luckily so you can just pop that in if it bothers you. Also I think the potions ingredients jars need lids though these can be bought for 10p each from Pick a Brick online (piece number 6163901) But considering there are brick budgets for sets I think they made the best out of the piece count as possible and is definitely worth the money. I love this as a stand alone set to look around and also I’m looking forward to seeing more of these and seeing how they all connect. Thank you.
