Great build and Articulation
Although the knees and elbows don’t bend, the ankles, hips, wrists, shoulders, head, wings and other little details like toes and spikes on the back and arms are really well designed for mobility and posing. The build was very enjoyable with many unique prices and the head was a good mix between mold and brick build. The mini figs are also really good, dual molded ninja hoods for Lloyd and Nya, great colours for Arin and Sora aswell as Knokt and the draconian. Overall great printing on minifigs and a very good set.

Best dragon???
Thunderfang, the Dragon of Chaos Review Thunderfang, the Dragon of Chaos is a very cool and detailed dragon-style set with strong dark fantasy vibes. The dragon build looks powerful with its sharp wings, unique color design, and solid poseability, making it great for display or play. The construction is fun but may take some time because of the many pieces and detailed body structure. Overall, it’s a great set if you like dragon figures and action-style fantasy builds.

Takes me back!
My first LEGO build as an adult. Takes me back to when I was a kid playing with LEGO. The pieces and colors have vastly improved since then, but the simple joy of creating hasn't changed!

Not a bad set
This set looks amazing the mini figures are amazing the look of the dragon is amazing only when I built it and stood it up it fell over on its face and I tried this multiple times and finally I did get it to stand up but because of this It has very limited poses without falling over and the feet can’t move forward and backward only the toes can do that

Minifigures
I initially purchased this set because of the great cast of minifigures included, but the build for Thunderfang was an interesting one, and was very sturdy. I added a tattered cape to Nokt to make his minifigure more accurate to the show, and I wish Wyldfyre had her shoulder pads, but other than that, the minifigures were just as they were in the Ninjago Dragons Rising TV Show. Hopefully I'll be able to collect all of the ninja in their Storm Suits, and the Forbidden Five. All in all, this was a good purchase, and I look forward to more great Ninjago sets!

Missing key to the puzzle
This product looked complete until my son opened it and him and his dad were putting it together. It was missing a crucial piece! Unfortuneately, they were unable to put it all together and now have to wait until the missing piece comes in (we ordered it). I was very disappointed, needless to say, my son was too.

Best villain dragon
Thunderfang is one of the best villain dragon by far. His design is creepy, well designed, and very clean. He has very good stability for a dragon on two legs, and his wings are actually solid and looks like the show counterpart. Though, I do have a small nitpick. I wish the head could have been dual molded or have different color teeth. I feel like the head of Thunderfang is the only thing that doesn't capture how Thunderfang looks completely. But that is where my complaints stop. The dragon has shooters in the wings to accurately simulate Thunderfang's chaos lighting ability. His tail could be a little longer, but it is actually perfectly fine, just my personal opinion. Now onto the minifigs. Nokt is perfectly designed. His face print captures his creepy and dark look, while the rest of his fig looks menacing as well. I added a simple worn cape upgrade to complete him. Giving him a double-bladed longsword really completes his look. The shoulder armour is also a nice touch which I appreciate. The Sora fig is the same as the last two seasons. Storm suit Lloyd and Nya look good, and dark merge Arin looks perfectly unbalanced, just as Arin is in the show. Tyr is only identifiable by his longer horns. I wish Tyr had a exclusive face print or something else that would set him apart from the others, but he is a dragonian so he still looks peak. The side build is a nice touch, but it's the mechanism that really shines. You can put the prismatic blades into it to free Thunderfang like he was freed by them in the show. What makes it even better is that it is designed to be able to only work with both blades. It is a really nice touch. The price for piece ratio is actually decent. You get nearly 700 pieces for 70 US dollars. Puting it for 65 would have been kinda weird. And it has a really good selection of minifigures to boot. The building process was smooth and fun, and didn't feel repetitive. I would highly recommend this to everyone. And it's a villain set? Yes yes more please.
