the swing looks beautiful and seems of great quality. My issue is with poor customer service. the item is missing the heradware which doesn't allow us to install it. we contacted customer service 10 days ago and they have been vague in communication. Still did not confirm if and when they are able to send the missing hardware. it has been extremely disappointing as we purchased the swing for a specific event and I was not able to use it.
