Perfect gift for my wife
I'm writng this for my wife. This was a birthday present she asked for to replace our old swing. Arrived promptly, all hardware was with it, good fit and finish, color will complement our new deck, easy to assemble, would have been even easier if we hadn't had a very windy day. We tried it together. She likes it and gave me obe of her awesome smiles. Thank you. P.S. our old swing had the option for a spring connected on the long chain. The spring cushions the ride. We used the old springs for this swing and it works great!

Pleased with the purchase
Just installed and seems very solid despite only weighting about 50lbs and perfect for our Pergola. The recycled plastic does not look cheap, I had thought the cup holders were integrated but they are not, and are only secured by a couple of screws. The ones we received barely fit under the arm and I did not install them because the mounting holes were right on the edge, and were bound to fail. Other than that we are pleased with the purchase.

Great gift!
Gave this porch swing to my wife for Christmas, she loves it! Very well built, materials and hardware are great quality. Put it together in about 30-45 minutes. Only assembly required is attaching the back to the seat, then bolt on the arm rests. We already had a porch swing so the included chains were very easy to swap with the old chains and suspend from the same eyebolts.

Company does not stand by their product
I bought a 5 foot porch swing. Used it for 1 summer stored it in my shed over the winter wrapped in a moving blanket. When I put it out for the second summer the top rail had bubbled. Sent all paper work and picture to the warranty department only to be told that I had to have a heat force on it to cause that. Would not replace their defective product. The sun was the only heat sorce and I would hope that their outdoor furniture can be in the sun without being damaged.

I've had this swing for almost a year and it still looks brand new.
My swing is absolutely stunning. I receive compliments from everyone who sees it and asked where I purchased it frequently. The quality exceeded my expectations. Workmanship and Ease of Assembly are Top-notch
This swing is the perfect size for our front porch guests. We ordered the dark brown color that fits beautifully with our other porch furniture. As with all the Highwood products, the workmanship and ease of assembly are top-notch and should last for many years. Suggestion: Please make more color and pattern options for the swing cushions and pads. Thanks for your great products.

Ships Fast and Easy to Assemble!
Our new porch swing was shipped faster than expected, easy to assemble, and looks great! We like the way it sits and really appreciate that it is made in the USA! We replaced an old, wooden swing that had outlived its usefulness. Our new Lehigh should last for a long time.

the swing looks beautiful and seems of great quality. My issue is with poor customer service. the item is missing the heradware which doesn't allow us to install it. we contacted customer service 10 days ago and they have been vague in communication. Still did not confirm if and when they are able to send the missing hardware. it has been extremely disappointing as we purchased the swing for a specific event and I was not able to use it.

Material Seems Foolproof
We love our new lawn swing. It is very sturdy and the material seems foolproof. As a suggestion, I'd say that it is a little more tricky to assemble than I read about on the web site. Not really a big issue, but it's helpful to set aside some time and have an assistant handy!
