We originally bought these pajamas in the 12-18 month size and loved them so much when she outgrew those, bought the 2 year size. The material is soft and "fits as expected", as much as that term can apply to toddlers. Our daughter is on the tall side and even then the legs are the right length. The pattern is fun and she loves when we sing "yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me" when we are changing her into the jammies. We also bought the kangaroo pajamas in the 12-18 month size and those had the same quality as the pirate pajamas.

I am 5’4” and 145#, bought a size Medium and these fit nicely, even after a few washings so far. If I were taller these may be more like higher ankle size, which is fine but don’t expect these to be longer feeling. The material is a nice jersey feel to it. It’s soft and the material is not too thin. I’d buy these again for sure. I bought the pink ones with the skulls. They’re definitely like the picture.
