True to size. Very nice quality . The horse on the front is actually a fabric applique that is sewn on, not an inexpensive screen print. The doll Jamie's are made with the same standard of quality. I was pleasantly pleased.

My granddaughter wears a 7 in pants. I ordered a 10 and they just fit. Any smaller and I would have exchanged them. They are really nice quality. I am very happy with them. . . . she loves the matching doll pjs. If she were a child who weighed more, I would upsize to the next size. All pjs these days are skinny though. Definitely would order again.
