Powerful and got this for under $80 on a special. Best purchase ever. I bought another brand mooka from amzon and that thing was crap. Levoit is the way to go. Buy another one for my living room.

Worked well for 2 years but 4 months after warranty ends the electronic panel on top starts acting up. Tried unplugging the machine for while, plug it in to a new outlet, still has problems. Contacted Levoit, told there's nothing that can be done. Disappointed that it doesn't last beyond warranty period

We've been using the H133 for almost 2 years & love it. It's been great for allergies, wildfire smoke or even helping out in the kitchen when searing/broiling beyond the capacity of your hood fan. The auto mode works great & it's powerful enough that you don't often need to run it on high. Easy/light to move & super simple to change the filter.

I live in Southern California where we deal with wildfires and particles from the Santa Ana winds. we also have three cats. this air purifier is simply wonderful. we change the filter every 6ish months or sooner if there's wildfire smoke near us. My husband's pet sensitivities are eliminated by running this purifier.

Absolutely slaps. Only had to buy a new one cause my dog peed into it

Initial opinion is 5 stars. Almost silent when operating at lowest setting. Highest setting is a bit loud! Have been using it on auto for the last week and was surprised at how sensitive it is at detecting particles in the air. When I’ve neglect to use the range hood in the kitchen it senses the increase in air particles and increases the fan speed. Surprised!

Ive tried alot of air purifiers, but so far this one is the best one, i have it for 2 months and seen huge differences, i would definitely recommend!!!

We bought two LV-H133s. Both began to develop an increasingly loud, permanent screeching/whining sound, like a bad motor failing and grinding its gears, by six months into ownership. Thirteen months after purchase, one unit can no longer be run on High due to the noise, and the other unit we threw away and replaced with a Coway AP-1512hh. We intend to do the same with the second Levoit unit as soon as we can. We cleaned the units, vacuumed the pre filters, replaced the filters every four months. Nothing worked. You simply cannot run the Levoit LV-H133 on High for an extended period of time without the motor breaking down. We believe this is why there is only a one-year warranty on the Levoit motors. Other manufactures have longer warranties, because they use higher-quality motors. (The Coway unit we bought has a three-year motor warranty.) (It's also worth nothing that in one year's time the price of this Levoit model went up almost 50%.) We will never, ever buy another Levoit product again.

Nice product, virtually silent on low or medium - hopefully filters remain supported over the long term

Works great and the automatic setting detects very well. The only bad thing is it’s starting to blow out smelly air. We’ve had it for two weeks so I’m not sure why it would be doing so.

Works best for enclosed areas. I love auto mode. Set it and forget.

This has been really really useful. I can definitely tell the difference in air quality with it on and I like that I can tell what the air quality is like with the light. It's such a relief to not have as bad allergies as before. Definitely recommend this.

I bought this unit around a month ago after suffering from indoor allergies that were refractory to OTC and prescription medication. After just two days of use, my allergies had nearly completely cleared up. By one month of ownership, my symptoms are completely gone. As a healthcare professional I doubted most air purifiers initially, but the effectiveness of this unit is definitely proven. Let me also highlight some of the other great features. Design (9/10): The tower unit is definitely large at around 3' in height. It takes in air from the bottom through the front and back of the unit into the filter, and sends it out the top. The display on the top indicates the air quality, timer, and also contains all the buttons to operate the unit. The only thing I would recommend is some handles to pick up/move the product if necessary, or wheels. Noise (10/10): The unit is completely inaudible at the lowest auto setting. It is barely audible at setting 1 and 2 as well. However, it is quite loud at the max speed. But really, what do you expect from a fan at full speed though. Performance (100/10): The rating is not a typo. Here is where this thing really shines. I have a 700 sqft apartment and while it is only rated for ~500 sqft, the unit exceeds expectations and is powerful to purify the air in the entire unit. With the fan on its highest setting, standing anywhere in the apt will allow you to feel a breeze from the suction/fan of the purifier, even in random crevices or in the bathroom. The performance is quite impressive as even my HVAC unit is not as strong as the motor in this thing. The filter is massive, catching almost all lingering dust to where when the sun shines in, there aren't little dust particles floating around. Definitely an incredible feat for a single air purifier in a big space. Cooking smells, dust, and smoke are gone within a matter of minutes. Features (8/10): 3 fan speeds, auto mode, a timer, an option to turn off the display and an air quality indicator. It definitely fits the basics but I wish there was smartphone/smart home integration. Otherwise, it’s got everything you need to plug it in and get started. Ease of use/cleaning (10/10): The tradeoff for no smartphone integration is that the unit is about as easy to use as possible. One button to turn it on, one button to control the fan speed and another to set it on auto mode. The auto mode actually does work and will ramp up the speed if it detects pollutants such as while cooking, or while blowing out a candle. Cleaning is a breeze with the back cover of the unit easily removable to access the filter for a weekly cleaning. A little isopropyl alcohol on a Q-tip to clean the sensor and you're good to go again. It really doesn't get much simpler than this. Overall (9.8/10): The numbers/stories say all you need to know. The only points taken off here are for the lack of smartphone integration but this is a small trade-off for the incredible performance, value and ease of use for this unit. I cannot highlight enough the effectiveness of this air purifier in that it completely relieved my allergy symptoms to where I can actually enjoy being in my home again. Whether you have a 500 sqft apartment or a large open room in a big house, this unit will not leave you disappointed. The only thing I wish is that I got this unit sooner. PSA: The photos show small strips of grip tape I added to the side of the unit to make it easier to pick up. In addition, I built a small stand for the unit to stand on so my robot vacuum wouldn't interfere with its function. The tape and stand are *not* included with the unit.

I bought a Honeywell air purifier but it went out in a month. Great air purifier. I actually purchased two. The room smells cleaned. Would recommend this purifier.

It is very efficient and uses not much electric power.
