Li'l Woodzeez Miniature Animal Figurine Set –  The Croakalily Family

My 4 yr old granddaughter is CRAZY about her Lil Woodzeez's! She has memorized their storybooks & 'reads' them to us. Her creative play has blossomed.

When I ordered these instead of calico critters, I was expecting what I got in store last year, the soft fuzzy animals. Instead I got hard plastic frogs who's clothes will not stay on during play. I guess a pro would be that they're easier to clean, but now they stand out and don't "go with" my daughters lil woodzeez and calico critters sets. They just seem... out of place. Not impressed, but I'll be checking the item descriptions more carefully as well as the reviews more closely from now on.

We also got a family that was all plastic and not soft! Which is so strange because the first set I ordered for my son were fuzzy, and the second set was hard plastic. Not nearly as cute, my daughter was upset so we will return them.

These are not fuzzy. Just smooth plastic like a bath toy. Returning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Li'l Woodzeez Frog Family is a wonderful little set. It's a unique take on the dollhouse concept with animal families instead of humans. The Li'l Woodzeez are compatible with other similarly themed brands such as Sylvanian Familes. This particular set came with a family of frogs, the Mom and Dad, a daughter and a baby.Plus a story book.The Li'l Woodzeez is an amazing range as there are a lot of sets and play environments: such as family cars, school buses, houses and shops like a bakery and general store, in addition to numerous animal family figures of various species. My daughter loves toys like these but I have some concerns over this set. I bought the newer version of the Frog Family, they're different than what is pictured with a daughter instead of a son and they are a darker shade of green plus (the biggest disappointment) they are no longer flocked. On top of that the clothes don't stay on as well as the previous sets. Definitely a step down in quality, but the price point has stayed the same so I guess this is just the way things are in this day and age. Regardless, your children will love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are cute, it comes with mom, dad, sister and baby. They all have clothes that can be taken off. Well they actually come off pretty easily. The toys are not soft, they are hard. Love their lovely little outfits. My daughter loved the tiny story book. The only bad thing, is they don't easily stand up on their own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LI'L Woodzeez frog family is a cute toy that is fun to play with, My granddaughter absolutely loved the frogs the only issue we have are the clothing they come with, they are hard to get on and the diaper will not stay on the baby frog when you are playing with it. The size of these little frogs are perfect for taking on the go to play in the car!

They have the cutest accessories. we got her this frog family for Xmas with one of the stores. She loved it. It’s very similar to another brand but cheaper and personally, I think cuter.
