Q: Are the bottoms of the glasses flat so they don't collect water in the dishwasher?

A: The glass is not entirely flat on the bottom in order to prevent breakage when the glass is set down on hard surfaces. We recommend using a dish towel to wipe off the glasses after the dishwashing cycle. For any further questions, you can email customercare@libbey.com.

These have a lovely polka dot pattern in the glass. They're so pretty and I love the vintage look! However, when I opened the shipping box, they were not inside a Libbey box, just individually packed. So if you're buying these glasses to give as a gift, just be aware of this.

Very nice quality for the price. Wish description had said indentations were on the inside. I was hoping they were outside to help with grip for elderly relatives. But still very nice.
