[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cart is sturdy and can handle my heavy-duty garden hose. I love the fact that it is portable, and rolling up the hose is a breeze. This current hose I purchased for my mother, and it is nice to have her garden hose rolled up so that can maneuver more easily. I purchased the same hose cart for myself four years ago, and it is in great shape and still works like a champ! Thanks Zoro for a quality product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good solid construction and nice finish paint that appears durable. Connections are good and no leaks. The only thig I dislike is the way the hose must loop thru the wheel spokes and has a very tight bend to connect. Very difficult for large diameter hose and prone to kinking. I have a another metal reel form another manufacturer and they use a "U" shaped fitting on the reel for direct hose connection. Much nicer

great quality. the color is awful though, it looks like butterscotch pudding. I dont really care though as it serves its purpose of being a heavy duty hose cart very well. winds hoses up without difficulty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it came with missing parts and I had to wait about 10 days for the replacements to reach me. You have to be careful when winding hose that it distributes evenly, but it is easy to turn and roll and wind. Pretty expensive for what it is, I think.

The person who pre-assembed the plumbing part clearly overtightened it, splitting every one of the crush washers. Zoro offered to replace the cart but we were going to have to take it apart, pack it up and ship it back. I didn't think that was my best option, so I chose to replace the leaking assembly and now it works fine.

I could never find one that really fit was I was looking for and be at a reasonable price. It came to the house in record time. Huge kudos to the shipping team. The box was in great shape on arrival. My 13-year-old daughter was able to follow the instructions and put it together. She needed help tightening the wheel nuts, but that was it. We hooked it up and pressurized it for the first time with ZERO leaks!! This cart is durable and very well made. I'm buying another one today!!
