Thank you Target for sending my product in a box it arrived in great conditions!

I think these game books are a wonderful idea and we love them! When we got word Target was getting an exclusive set we had to buy them all, however my review is a reflection of Target, not the product itself. We ordered the whole collection of these. Some came in boxes, others came in bags. The ones in boxes arrived in good shape (not perfect) but the ones in bags did not survive. What’s worse is Target refused to accept our return because of the water damage they received from the bags they used. The sleeves themselves totally destroyed and when we finally were able to get them out of the sleeve, they tore and crumbled. Thankfully the game and all the pieces were totally unharmed but the outer book and sleeves got completely soaked and discolored. What happened is we got a good amount of wet snow here and by the time we got home, the books had soaked up a lot of it ruining the sleeves and books themselves. When we tried to explain this to Target they told us they were damaged and couldn’t accept them for an exchange or return. We love these but very disappointed two of the games we love were damaged and cannot be rectified by Target.

So thankful this game was shipped in a box rather than a soft mailer as another reviewer indicated and therefore received a damaged one. It's for a Christmas gift and came in perfect condition! Thank you, Target, for listening to your reviewers and doing better on shipping packaging for items such as this.👌

Target sent this in a bag instead of a box and was very dented on all the sides. There are also black marks on it as well. I wish they would have used a box to ship this item.
