Nice product but minor faulty
We just assemble this shed. Almost everything do through, but the 2 doors is to close together so the nuts behind the right handle touch hard to the left door. It causes us have to push real hard left side to slam in and when we pull out, we do reversely by holding left side then pull backward hardly to open. Although we tried someway to adjust the position, or lift up the frame but they weren't help. Specially this material is resin, we could not do anycorrection to the soor or frames.

Sturdy shed
Took 2 to put together. Level surface is a must! Instructions are a bit hard to understand but manageable. Went together pretty easy. Doors are a bit off, working on that with shims provided. Would definitely recommend!

Cheap screw strip

Some issues
This is the second 5x8 Lifetime shed we purchased. They changed the front gable from one piece to two, causing the door pivot points to be too close together. After removing the latch plate, you can barely close the doors. They include more shelf support brackets but the hole spacing isn't very precise so we had to trim the ends with a hacksaw.

The Perfect Shed for Outdoor Storage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outstanding product! Every single piece was in the 2 boxes, with explicit instructions on assembly. I’m 75 years old, and was able to build it myself, with help from my wife assembling 2 corner panels. I built a pressure treated deck to the required dimensions, and made sure it was perfectly level. The assembly made easy, building it on a level surface. The shed is water tight, and a perfect solution for outdoor storage.

Home Owner Shed Build
Spent a lot of time looking at reviews for sheds and settled for the Lifetime 8 x 5 foot size. The on-line videos are helpful. The instruction booklet, parts, and pieces were all in order and easy to use. Most of the shed can be built by one person. A second person is needed to hold things in place. Took about 6-7 total hours to construct. Some assembly and tool handling experience will make the job go easier. The shed looks good and holds everything I needed it to. The only part that had me a little concerned was the how the two doors were aligning up when closing. Push the doors together fully closed for a short period of time seemed to set the alignment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shed sturdier than expected. I love the accessories that come with it. and is surprisingly holds a ton of stuff. I wish the door wasn't as difficult to make work. I still can't make it work so I have to contort it to shut. once shut it works great! I do love it but I see a need for improvement here. Also the corner pieces were kind of hard to get in. If you could figure out an easier solution that would be great.

Great for the price!
Overall, I'm happy with my shed. It's spacious, sturdy, has windows, shelving, skylights, good doors and a floor. I've put together a lot of things in my years and I'll rate the instructions on this project okay. There were many times I couldn't get clear instructions but, then again, I never took advantage of the videos that are offered. I think the design could have another review, specifically the wall corners and how the sides connect to the flooring, and the door latch, which seems to get stuck on a regular basis.

Good shed, close to great.
First of all, let me say that I chose this shed due to the size constraints of my property and where I wanted it located. If footprint were no issue, I'd choose a large wooden structure on a concrete pad. That being said, it's a really nice shed for its diminutive size. First, here are the good things about it. Cost was reasonable. Quality is good. Ease of construction was acceptable. You will definitely need a second set of hands for some steps. Aesthetically, it's very nice. It actually fits more stuff than I thought. Now, here's what keeps it from being great. Fit of the door posts was poor into their seating mounts. I had to router out some plastic to make them fit. This was very frustrating. Next, if you're building your shed next to another structure, like your house, it was challenging to install the back walls without being able to get behind them. Lastly, the hook/pegboard system is disappointing. It will hold very light items, but not even a snow shovel. The plastic warps in heat and just bends down. All in all though, it got a bunch of stuff out of my garage. Problem solved.
