Great customer service!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we assembling the Adirondack chair, we realized the back part of the chair was damaged. After sending just a few pictures to Vendla, she ordered the part we needed in a super timely manner. We appreciate all the help!

Great Customer Service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these chair and ottoman sets. One of them had some cracks and damage. I took off one star because of this. I called Lifetime and within minutes Corbin was sending me a whole new chair. The new one arrived safely. While I was disappointed in receiving a broken chair, Corbin rectified the situation and I am satisfied.
