Lifetime Adjustable In Ground 50" Basketball Hoop - White/Orange/Black

Bought a Lifetime adjustable Basketball Goal for my grandchildren to use when visiting. Easy to follow instructions with great details to make installation a breeze. Would highly recommend these product to anyone. Recently had had run in with FedEx truck and broke pole. Customer service was fantastic. Explained situation and what I needed and customer service got it together and was able to ship almost within day. They even refused to charge me since I only had goal for such short time. Great service.

Needed a piece of inground basketball pole. Heide got me the right part and in great time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always liked lifetime products. They hold up to the abuse that my kids dish out. However the basketball goal doesn't hold up to a fedex truck. That is when customer service stepped up and sent me parts to get it fixed. The parts were sent to me within 3 days of emailing. I'm a lifetime customer for life.

Lifetime stands behind its products within reason. We’ve had our hoop for nearly 2 years. There were some parts that were rusting out (we live in FL). They didn’t flinch at sending the replacement parts that we needed. I can’t thank the Sales Rep, Matt, enough for going above and beyond my expectations with this experience as I was willing to pay for a share of the costs. He had it covered and shipped out to us completely free of charge.

During the cementing of the bottom pole we made some mistakes and compromised the integrity of the steel pole. I called Lifetime and explained what happened and requested a new bottom pole. They said they understood that stuff happens and sent me the replacement pole at no charge. The lady I spoke to was great to deal with and made it quick and easy. The basketball net is great and my kids over the moon. I would recommend to anyone they use Lifetime in a heartbeat.

I was missing a part and emailed customer service regarding the issue. They responded timely and quickly mailed me the needed part. I could not have been more pleased with their prompt and efficient service.

Decent hoop for the cost. Does bounce quite a bit, but serves the purpose for what we needed without breaking the bank. If looking for a very sturdy professional hoop then you will need to spend a bit more, but if just need for recreational fun in the driveway then this one does the trick at a decent price.

Called April 7th to inform of missing pieces was told. In stock and would ship as of April 27th nothing at all

Contacted (emailed) customer service about the parts and very helpful with the process. After a year a different part needed to be replaced. Emailed them again and they responded the same. Surprisingly the price for the parts are cheaper than I thought.

This is our first basketball hoop. Decided to go for an in-ground mostly to save precious patio space. Read instructions before purchase and knew that the install is going to take some time before the first shot. Went with the optional sleeve (item 0023) to make the removal or a swap for a different set a tad easier. Actual assembly was relatively straight forward. Decided to assemble all the three sections of the pole first and then attach the backboard separately: in the end it still required additional hands on deck and a number of step ladders to make it a successful install but it all worked out in the end. Side note: very impressed with packaging: box arrived in an impeccable condition. All hardware was properly labeled and accounted for. Very hopeful for the system to last us a long time! Highly recommend!

Bought basketball hoop monthd ago and received wrong bolt. Called and reordered the part and it was never shipped. Called again a week later and there was some error to so it still didn't ship. Still here waiting for a bolt to complete set up 2 months later. Kids are frustrated and I wish I could return

My package has still not been delivered. it's been over a month. i'm furious.
