new basketball hoop and pole
i replaced the Lifetime with a Lifetime. The other one had lasted more than 12 years and would have lasted longer except the original owners / installers didn't put the cap on the pole allowing water / bird nests etc. I like the new one and expect it to last. I did end up two inches under 10' due to not following the directions.

Great Warranty Service
Purchased a basketball goal for my grandsons at Christmas. They moved into their new home 8 months later and we assembled the goal only to realize it was missing a part. Called and the part was shipped right away free of charge. Great customer support.

Good Product
I have my net up and it is working great. I did have to conserve customer support when I couldn't get the gas cylinder to fit but they sent me a smaller part to connect it to and everything is perfect now. Free and quick for getting the part, even to Canada from USA.

Replacement parts needed
I have to say awesome customer service. The gentleman on the phone assisted me with ordering replacement parts for my in ground basketball goal. When I asked him how much, he told me as a courtesy, no charge for the parts. WOW! didn't expect it at all. Was planning on paying. Thank you very much.

We had purchased a basketball hoop set almost two years ago and the family was extremely satisfied with the product. However, due to recent inclement weather in our area the hoop became damaged and was unusable. We contacted Lifetime’s customer service and their representative, Emily, was more than helpful in locating the correct parts to ensure our basketball hoop was back up and safely running for years to come. Lifetime stands behind their products and lives up to their namesake! I highly recommend the Lifetime brand and truly appreciate employees like Emily who show pride in what they do. In ground basketball hoop
The product is sturdy and very durable. The instructions are great except the parts are not all labeled. The bolts and screws and nuts have to all be figured out on your own by measuring and counting to deductively reason. None of the posts or rods are labeled to identify what part is what.

I was fixing a Lifetime hoop that wasinstalled by someone else incorrectly. I contacted Lifetime andthere was about a week delay getting back to me (Covid), but oncethey got back to me, the rep Kyle was extremely helpful and sent newreplacement parts for free which I received within a week. Great Service!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had two of the metal net holders break off on my Slam-it-Pro-Rim. I did not realize this was a welding issue. I called lifetime to see if I could purchase a rim, because no stores anywhere have them in stock. Heidi helped me and she was amazing. She stated this was covered under the Lifetime warranty and got me a new rim ordered. Great service!
