Lifetime Big Stuff ® Deluxe Swing Set, Primary (91087)

I did it mostly by myself although my husband helped with putting the roof on and attaching the big pieces with me. Overall, it took me three days and probably 12 hours which is about right The screws were labeled nicely however it was a bit difficult to discern the different pieces but once I got the hang of it, it went well. It is very sturdy and seems like it will last for a very long time. My daughters are going to have so much fun.

We bought this a month ago and it is prefect and has so much to do with a group of kids.

I purchased this set several years ago and it rusted from the inside out making it unsafe to use. It started rusting the second year I owned it. I also purchased the jeep and airplane teeter totter and they all rusted the same way. These are very expensive play sets that do not last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me about 12 hrs to assemble. I only needed assistance when I was attaching the roof supports, and the upper panels of the roof. The structure is very stable and my kids love it! It's a public park quality play structure.

Swing set is very nice, the hardware is not the best quality. Also was hard to understand the instructions not all the parts are labeled. But overall a nice swing set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research on various types of play-sets. I ended up purchasing the Lifetime double slide deluxe. It was the best purchase I could have made. It shipped promptly on a well put together pallet. Nothing was damaging during shipment as it was extremely well packaged. I was dreading the upcoming weekend I had to assemble it. However, the instructions and organization of boxes and pieces were so well put together. I thought assembly was so easy and fun! I started it on Saturday morning and took breaks throughout the day to play with the kids. I then put another half day in on Sunday. I did the assembly by myself, with the exception of my wife helping me for about an hour and a half with the main frame at the start of the assembly. I also used her help getting a couple of the boxes in the back yard because they were heavy. Overall, I’d say I put in about 10 hours of labor. I just couldn’t believe how easy and fluid the instructions were. The finished product was amazing. It is so sturdy, and looks and plays like a commercial play set you’d use at the park. I highly recommend this for any family.

We recieved our playset about a month ago and there isn't a day that my kids don't go out and play on it. All of them love being out there. One of the best parts is there is a swing for each of my oldest three. Other playsets only have two and one of my kids would be left out so this has been perfect. It has all the features we were looking for including monkey bars which my oldest daughter loves especially now that she is back in school and sees kids doing it on the playground at school. The playset is durable and for sure will stand out well to the elements. For the price and low maintenance this playset can't be beat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This playset is great! Building it was easy as long as you followed the instructions correctly or the YouTube video which was very helpful. It feels really sturdy and well made! I'm glad that I made the decision to get this instead of a wood one. And it's awesome that it's made in the USA! The color matches our Lifetime playhouse perfectly too! It really ties our backyard together! My kids can't get enough of this thing. Make sure that when you're setting it up, that it's right where you want it to stay because it's really obnoxious to try and move after it's built. Overall I'm very happy with it.

Oh my heck, we are so excited! We put our lifetime playground together and love the way it looks, the colors are awesome. Putting it together became a family event, directions were pretty straight forward, hardest part was finding where we wanted to put it in the yard and also the wasp sting we may have encountered (wasps not included!). So far the kiddos like what they call the “hideout” underneath the slide but have been enjoying the whole playground. We are very excited to have family over to share some fun with all the nieces and nephews/cousins. Big stuff deluxe playset in Jay Blue

This was an enjoyable project that brought the whole family together. The monkey bars are a big hit and so is the playhouse with the slides. We plan on having fun and enjoying our play ground for many years to come!

Well constructed. Love that it won't rot or rust. My children will enjoy this for years to come. Highly recommend!

We have a 6, 4, and 1 year old. The kids have loved this playground as well as the neighbor kids! I know we will have plenty of years of use even for our oldest. It took my husband around 9 to 10 hours to build on his own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Lifetime Big Stuff Deluxe Playset in return for an honest review and we have been greatly pleased with it. Assembly took about 3 days, and that’s with being restricted on when we could work due to weather. The instructions were fairly straightforward, with a few minor hiccups. We love that the nuts used throughout the majority of the playset lay flat and don’t leave anything to catch children’s clothes or hurt anyone. However, because of the length of the bolts, it was somewhat difficult to get the bolts lined up with the nuts before we could tighten them. The bolts that went through the end caps on the top of the monkey bars were particularly difficult, as the holes in the end caps didn’t line up perfectly and required a lot of effort to get things in place. We also felt it was easier to attach the climbing rope to the leg of the swingset immediately and go ahead and attach the foot on the A-frame instead of waiting to do that when the deck was attached and adding more weight. Additionally, we needed to drill the holes in the deck of the playhouse for the slide before attaching to the swingset, as it’s quite difficult to wedge under the deck to see where to drill, especially when the person with the drill wears bifocals. Otherwise, things went smoothly and went together great! My children have greatly enjoyed playing on the playset and will easily play outside for a few hours now, with plenty of different activities to keep them busy. Their favorite features are the chalkboard, as they have been using sidewalk chalk on everything possible right now, and the map and roads on the floor of the playhouse. The ship’s wheel obstructs access to part of the chalkboard, but that doesn’t seem to bother them too much. The rung spacing on all the ladders is a little too large for kids in the 3-5 range, as they are further apart than a standard ladder, and the younger kids could also benefit from handles on each end of the monkey bars to help them reach the top of the ladders. My kids have learned to deal with those difficulties, but they do have to be very careful to not fall because of them. The roof does not have anything to cover the gap where the two sides come together, so rain will get through easily to anything left on the deck. Admittedly, I prefer the green and grey color scheme of the playset shown in the instructional video, but the bright primary colors that we have on ours are still beautiful and appeal to my young children. The size of the playset is amazing, providing plenty of features without taking up a huge portion of our yard, and will still give plenty of space for all our kids to play as our family grows. Overall, we are very satisfied with the playset and look forward to using it for years to come. We found it to be very sturdy and we have no worries of it wearing out for a long, long time.

The assembly video was very helpful and it took a full day to put together with two people. The colors are fun and inviting for children yet still look cohesive in our backyard. Some of the favorite features for our children are the playhouse where they can draw with chalk, look through the binoculars and drive the "pirate ship" and the monkey bars. This play set allows for lots of imaginative play. Our children are 5 and 4 and can use all of the features of the playset and can still grow into for years to come. The size of this playset is large but manageable for those who have open space in their backyard. Overall it is perfect for our growing family and can be used by children of all ages. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to have a lifetime playground in their backyard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was ecstatic when I was selected to review the Lifetime Big Stuff Deluxe Playset. When it arrived, the amount of boxes and materials was a bit intimidating. One of the boxes indicated that the instruction manual was inside, so that was extremely helpful. My husband assembled the playset by himself in approximately 14 hours. He said that it was easier to assemble than other swing sets he’s assembled in the past. He noted that you need to pay attention early on when building the A frame otherwise the small holes for the clubhouse ladder won’t line up. He stated that this part of the instructions was not clear. In his opinion, most of it can be assembled with one person, but it would be helpful to have an additional person on some parts. Be prepared to have a way to recycle the shipping materials - there is SO much cardboard! Don’t underestimate the time it takes to unbox and dispose of the materials. There are SO many cool features to this playset! My children are 8, 6, and 2 years old and they were all excited! The clubhouse has a chalkboard that my kids started using right away. There are stars on the ceiling/inside of the roof, so when inside the clubhouse, you can look up and see them. I thought this was a really neat feature. My kids were so excited about this clubhouse, that they ate dinner up there the first night. My 2 year old is able to climb up to get into the clubhouse, but the slide is a bit steep for her. She is able to go down it, but the end of the slide just drops off, so she has a rough landing. The swingset is large, but we live on an acre, so there’s plenty of room. There are 3 swings, a fireman pole, 3-way seesaw, monkey bars, trapeze bar, 2 slides, and rock wall. There are SO many activities to do, so my kids are all occupied. I love this playset because of the variety of activities as it really appeals to kids of all ages. Some of the neighborhood kids came to check it out and even one of the 12 year old boys enjoyed using it. I know that this set will grow with my kids. The colors of this playset aren’t my favorite, but I think they’re pretty typical for any playset (red, blue, yellow). I would prefer something that blends in more with the backyard, but that’s just me. Although we were selected to review this playset, it is totally worth the investment. My children play on it daily and it provides hours of fun. It gets our family outside and we’ve really enjoyed playing with our kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids really like the fact that this playset has vibrant colors. It makes for good pictures too. The assembly took 3 grown men about 7 and half hours. They said it wasn't really difficult but it does take a while. The swings are very wide which was surprising because we did not expect that. The little red chalkboard was also a nice surprise. I am only wishing I would have been aware of this feature because now we need chalk! This set is VERY sturdy. It was definitely made to last and we LOVE it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my kids would absolutely love this set, and they do! They have been playing on it every day since it was assembled! I have children ranging in all ages from 1 to 16... the 1 year old basically only uses the swing, but the other kids can use everything! Assembly does require at least 2 people, but it is not too bad at all. It came very nicely packaged on a large crate so you do need to make sure to have access to where you want it set up, otherwise you will have to take all the packaging apart to relocate to it's destination!

My one complaint was that the larger pieces were labeled in the instructions but not actually labeled so it made things a bit more difficult than it needed to be.
