Lifetime Adventure Tower Playset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost 3 years ago and unfortunately on 2025 start falling apart don’t spend too much money on this swing set next time I will look for something different , the plastic and swing are perfect but the frame and paint falling off

I had this set for less than a year before it started rusting. By 3.5 years it would have been considered unsafe for children.

Don't be fooled by the Lifetime brand it does NOT last. After 5 years the entire play set has rusted and falling apart. They charge a premium and one would think you'd get more than 5 years out of it. I'd give this less than one start if it was possible.

No complaints. It will take patience to build but it's totally worth it once it's done. Kids love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Playset over 10 years ago and as foster parents we have had countless amounts of foster children who've enjoyed playing on it. We still have children mention this playground when we run into them out in our community. As a retired police officer and mother I enjoy bringing smiles to the children who came to us with no smiles when they arrived. The only downfall is I wished we could extend this set to add more to it but I haven't seen that as a possibility yet. We were thinking how nice it would be to be able to add the monkey bars and possibly two extra swings. We even thought about a Ninja warrior course because more than probably 100 times our children have us time them as the rush through ever single part of the tower and it's options. It is a super fun experience that we can have in our backyard 😀 thank you Lifetime and if you ever open up the idea to allow owners the options to do add-ons please let us know. Many foster children would enjoy such things. Thank you.

Wanted something for my grandchildren to grow with. We have a smaller swingset that my 3 year old grandson was getting too big for. Researched many swingsets, the sturdiness and $300 off helped to make my decision. So far, very happy with the purchase and it looks great in my yard.

It took us quite some time, but between our ages and Texas summertime heat, we took it slowly. Very pleased with the quality from start to finish.

Quality is very high. I was able to build it myself in a few days. I had no one to help. Instructions are super clear. If you are not mechanically inclined, you will need to hire someone for assembly. Skill level “Moderate”. It is much bigger than it looks on line. I weigh 250lbs. The swings hold me just fine. This is a lot of set for your money. Be advised, there is a lot of assembly required!!! Follow the instructions!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids received the Adventure Tower Playset for Christmas. Shipping was rather quick. The set up was fairly easy, I do recommend having a couple strong people to make it easier, but my son and 12 year old daughter were able to set this up by themselves. My kids absolutely love it, even my 2 year old is able to swing on the swings. My 5 & 6 year old love the colorful rock climbing. Even my 12 year old loves the swings and going down the slide well they all do. It is very sturdy it even held my 23 year old son who is about 180lbs, on the tower and down the slide. It is very large, which we love, it fit perfect in our large backyard. I would highly recommend this set to everyone, its hours of endless fun. The kids even laid on the upper tower to look at the stars at night. The best part my grandson likes is the tower has a track to play with cars and trucks on. It's just awesome all around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lifetime Adventure Tower, my 3 kids LOVE IT. They spent an entire day playing on it after my partner and I finished building it. Assembly was a little tricky as I was 8 months pregnant while helping build it and in total took us about 7 hrs from start to finish. But the instructions were easy to follow and the parts were clearly labeled. The quality of the play set itself is amazing and very sturdy which for my 3 kids is a MUST. They are all very rough and tumble and have used this set in ways I had not anticipated. The Adventure Tower is HUGE, larger than we had anticipated ourselves, and does take up a great deal of space so a large mostly flat space is ideal. Over all this is a great product and kids love it. If we didn’t already have one, it would be a top contender if we were in the market for a sturdy playset.

Assembly will require a minimum of 2 people, and plan out at least a weekend to get it all done. Pro-tip: When you start assembly, notice that all the packages of nuts, bolts, and other hardware are labeled for which section of the build they belong to. Once you have completed the assembly, it's time to play! We have had a 3,4, and 10 year old playing so far and everyone loves it! We know that the long assembly process is worth it because this playset is very sturdy and will surely last for years.

Be advised you will need someone to help you at certain times during the build process. An added bonus that you can’t really see in the pictures is the integrated car map at the top of the platform. My kids love sitting up there to just hangout and bring their cars and toys up there with them. This playset is great for a large age range. My kids love everything about it from the slide to the swings and the rock climbing wall. It’s very well made and will last my kids many years of fun and entertainment. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This playset is absolutely fantastic and sturdy. All four of my kids love it, even the bigger ones. The slide was the overall favorite for my kids. ages 16, 13, 6, and 3. The way the bars curve provide it extra stability, it also has an anchor cable which is very handy. It took my husband, my eldest and myself a total of 4 hours to put together. Definitely a must have for all of these rambunctious kiddos in my bunch! Perfect edition for any yard to become a playground!

We purchased this play set when we bought our house. After reading the product description of Lifetime products lasting 10 years, I thought this would be a perfect addition to our backyard play space until our kids outgrew it. We followed the assembly instructions and even added a rust preventative just to ensure it would last and be safe for the kids. It has rusted so much that it has become a safety hazard and we are going to disassemble it and bring it to the dump. It is a shame, because our kids were so excited about it.

I bought this 2 years ago. The playground beams and railings eaten away by rust and cannot be used safely. Not quality I was expecting.

We are extremely disappointed that our playlet is already rusting. Water seeps in between the areas where metal is attached to metal and is impossible to dry out. This is after we covered all metal pieces with rust prevention spray during assembly. We chose this playset because it was supposed to be less maintenance than wood but that was a huge mistake. Of course the Lifetime website does not allow you to add photos or else I could show you the numerous spots and joints this thing is already rusting. I can only hope someone from Lifetime will reach out ASAP and try to make this right.
