I was most excited to give this to my children for Christmas. Assembly wasn't so bad, wasn't that heavy in the box either. Delivery men kindly brought it into my garage for me to hide from my children until Christmas Day. My Dad and I put it together, and when finished we were so excited to see the kids have hours of fun with it. Unfortunately the sensors don't work property and the kids were super upset playing each other. Both my Dad and I made several shots as well and confirmed. Every other shot was not registering, and many that were just hitting the rim only and not going in were counted as shots. I think I got a faulty sensor. I triple checked and the cords in the back are to the proper boxes, and again some are registering as shots on each side, but most are not. Very disappointed. I do not want to disassemble this entire thing again to return so hoping Lifetime will be able to fix it.

We've had this double shot since December 2022. We replaced an older original double shot that only allowed 2 players to shoot with no other games. We got the new and improved version so we had more game options, which is fun. This new one was used a lot for the first few months and now only sometimes when our kids have friends over. The old one got used way more because all you had to do was start shooting and it started the game. The new one doesn't have this feature. It should have that option, as well as the other games to choose from. We have found that by the time we look up what game to play, and select the correct one, much of the excitement is gone so it doesn't get played with as much. Is this something Lifetime is changing? Would be nice.

I called about ordering a replacement part for an indoor basketball system that my sons and their friends all love. The part broke because of overuse, not anything defective on Lifetime’s part. Not only were they able to get the replacement part to me, they did it in less than a week and for no charge. Absolutely above and beyond in terms of standing behind their products!

Bought a double shot back in 2017 and recently it stopped working. After some troubleshooting found that the electronics unit on the back of the backboard may have gone out. Called customer service and the representative was very friendly and happy to help. Gave her the model number and additional information and she said she could send out a new electronics unit immediately. The news got even better when she said there would be no charge for this mentioning that there had been some earlier problems with some other units. Thoroughly impressed and was happy to pay since it's over 5 years old but was pleasantly surprised with no charge! Thank you

I can’t be happier with the service that I have had from Lifetime. In both cases, on two different products, the service has been outstanding, with great communication from knowledgeable people. I should add that neither case was due to defective product, yet the service people were still very helpful.

We needed a replacement part, and the response came quickly, and a part was sent out immediately! Once we need a new one altogether, we will definitely be purchasing from lifetime again!

Have an older version which has mainly held up very well. Nets were worn and sensors weren't very reliable and I contacted the customer service department to order replacements and they are shipping them to me free of charge. Customer service such as this is uncommon these days. Buy with confidence that they will stand behind their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is awesome! My 9 and 11 year olds (and me!) love it and play all the time! After over 2 years of play it’s still going strong! Blackjack is the best! The only reason I am even taking the time to write a review is because I just called to see if I could order a replacement net/ball return because ours is getting beat up. Not only was the rep super pleasant but I was able to get a replacement and they sent it for free! Holy crap! Imagine that...a company nowadays with nice people answering the phone AND taking pride in their product! I wasn’t even complaining about the old net I just wanted a new one to spruce it up and I fully expected to pay for it. It seems any time I have to call anywhere for anything anymore it’s nothing but aggravation. What an awesome experience calling Lifetime!

No questions asked, Allisa, a sales rep, asked us to make sure there were no loose wires, and if not, let her know the model number and a replacement would be sent. We checked and unfortunately wires were not loose. I emailed her back and a few days later a new scoreboard mechanism had been mailed free of charge. Thank you for the quick response and getting a new piece to us. We are back up and running. I wish all companies were like this and sales reps. Thank you Allisa.

I bought and assembled this product a couple of weeks ago and our family is very happy with the product and I am very impressed with the customer service. When I needed help the service representative was very courteous and helpful and resolved my problem quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying this, well made and should last a long time. Directions aren't the greatest and it takes awhile to assemble, but we are still happy with the purchase and support.

The game itself is awesome and a lot of fun playing with my kids ages 4-9. It fits in our basement nicely with 8 foot ceilings but we keep it on the lowest setting to allow for some arc in the shot. My 4 year old broke the power supply after about a year or so. I emailed customer service and they promptly took care of it and sent me a new power supply. Great customer service and I will definitely be purchasing more Lifetime products in the future!
