Missing a part.

Love this product for our garage. The kids use it for all their sports equipment. We’ve had it for 3 years and it still looks brand new.

We are putting in a backyard pool in a couple of weeks and plan to use this locker to keep all of the grandkids clothes, shoes etc all organized as well as storing the pool toys.

We were impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the storage locker. Unfortunately one piece was missing and I was unable to get the product number off the box before it was recycled. I emailed customer service with the info I did have and a photo if the part we needed. Brenna emailed my apologizing for the convenience and informed me she had placed the request for the missing part to be sent to me. I appreciate the efficiency and kindness of Brenna. Having the issue resolved without lengthy or repeated correspondence was really great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I bought this. My children are involved in sports and needed a place to put their equipment (swimming and running). The hooks and compartments including a place to sit is perfect. It doesn't take up too much room either.

I bought a storage locker and while moving to a new house lost some hardware . Customer service was very helpful in providing the things I needed. Will be my favorite brand from now and will refer their products to my friends as well

Bought these for my garage and love the way they look and operate. I was missing a part and called lifetime and they shipped me out the part in less than two days. Great service and a true lifetime product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tired of tripping over everyone’s soccer stuff on the way in the house from the garage. This locker system did the trick and the kids use it properly, hanging their bags on the hooks and putting their stuff under the seat or in the storage part. Now when i come in the house I’m in a lot better mood because I don’t have to step on or over all the expensive equipment lying on the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 years ago and have been in love with it ever since. My 2 girls each have their own divided area that they can hang their coats on, tuck their shoes underneath out of the way and then stick their book bags in the storage area. Everything has a place and is relatively neat. It’s seating area is also comfortable, deep and wide, not narrow by any means. It’s easy to clean. I’m not picking up coats, shoes and everything else they used to drop along the way when they got home. The only change I would make is how it attaches to the wall. My husband had to put a board on the wall to attach it to because of the baseboard that we didn’t want to remove/cut out. I would also add 2 more places on either end to attach it to the wall. It has a slight twisting motion probably due to the floor not being level. We have it in our enclosed garage as we come in the door. I would also like to see a single unit that could work by itself or attach to the current one, making it more modular. Or a triple one would work. We have 3 kids, our oldest is a teenager, so he takes all his stuff to his bedroom. If I had the room, I would buy 2 more so everyone would have a place to put their things. So many friends have complimented on it. Someone really thought this design out. Thank you Lifetime for designing such a wonderful product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like all Lifetime products, this is well built and sturdy. Love the storage bench for individual gloves & hats and to sit while putting on shoes. Multiple hooks are handy for storing multiple things like coat, hat, backpack, purse, umbrella, etc. Love that it can be moved to different locations and don't want to be committed to a built-in. (Suggestion for other options: Would also love a small open bin on the side for storing taller equipment like bats, ski poles. Maybe an optional attachment, I have 8 people in my family and using 4 of these next to each other, would only want 2 bins on the very outer edge. If that makes sense.)

I purchased this in February of 2018 with the thought to provide storage and seating for my daughter's toys. It is spacious and I can fit everything fine. I must say the assembly should be relooked at as there are a few things I could recommend which would simplify it more. Otherwise it's perfect for what my intended use was.

I’m really happy with my purchase. The lockers were easy to assemble and keeps my garage organized.

I bought 2 of these units for mud room in my garage, so the kids don’t track mud and snow in the house. Theses are easy to put together and seem very durable. Great customer service.

This storage Locker is super easy to put together. It also has lots of room to put your shoes, and your coats away. This is a great Lifetime Product!!

We got this Storage Locker about a month ago. It took about an hour for my husband and my 12 year old grandson to put it together. They said it went together pretty easily. It is light weight, but very durable. We gave it to our son and he put it in the bedroom of his two sons (3 year old and a 5 year old). They use it to hang their backpacks and jackets and store their shoes under the seat. Then the seat is nice for them to sit on while the put on their shoes and socks. Like all little boys, they love that the bench lifts up and they have a place to put their treasures! It would work perfectly for older kids also, inside a back door where kids could leave their shoes, coats, jackets, backpack, etc.. This is definitely a great thing to have to help kids keep their things organized.

This has been wonderful! It is so great to have a place for my husband to put all his work clothes and boots. We have it in our garage and it's perfect for keeping all our outside shoes out and off our carpet. We are older and it really makes it nice to have the benches to sit on while changing our shoes. I love my side for my gardening shoes, hat and tools. The hooks really work great for odds and ends wet umbrellas and hats. It took m husband about 1.5 hours to put it together and it's light enough that I can move it around.
