The recipes from this cookbook are delicious! Initiallly when I received the cookbook, I chose a handful of recipes that we made all in the same day and they did not disappoint !! Since then, I use this cookbook as my "go to " for my daily family meals . it has been nice to have a variety of healthy and scrumptious recipes to use on a regular basis to feed my vegetarian family ! I would highly recommend this cookbook to everyone !

I have always loved Jillian's recipes so when I saw this cookbook was coming out I had to pre-order it right away! It shipped on the day of the release and I received it the next day. The couple of recipes I have tried so far are amazing and I can't wait to try more! I really like that she offers suggestions for substitutes if you don't have what the recipe calls for.

The title says light & easy, but I'd like to add delicious. These recipes are so tasty and easy to make. My family and I aren't even vegan and we love them. Jill has out did herself again with this recipe book. I can't wait to see what else she comes out with. I'd recommend this recipe book to everyone!
