Two representatives worked to help me find the perfect "move in bundle". Breanna and Valerie went above and beyond with their communication and trying to help me decide out what would be best for me. I am a dancer, and have lots of neck tension and they were very helpful with suggestions. The products arrived quickly and the packing and presentation was gorgeous and so were the products. Unfortunately, the Medium pillows were not quite firm enough for me, but I would guess the Firm pillows would be just right.
