About the Author
Dr. Darius Furmonavicius studied International Relations and European History in Nottingham and Bradford. He was a Bernadotte E. Schmidt Fellow of the American Historical Association, Book Review Editor of Lituanus (USA), and member of the editorial board of Istorija (Lithuania). Dr Darius Furmonavicius is an associate member of Chatham House (the Royal Institute of International Affairs). He is the author of Lithuania Rejoins Europe (Lithuanian Research Centre 2015). His papers have been published by, among other outlets, Lituanus, International Affairs, Encyclopaedia Britannica, Draugas, Europos Lietuvis, Lietuvos Aidas, Britanijos Lietuvis.
