I get why people like these, but they aren't for me. They're larger than the Swiss cake rolls. I didn't like the "white icing." Tasted sweet, but bland and pasty. The filling wasn't anything like the taste of real strawberry. It was just some red sweet gell. Between the two, it was too sweet and too artificial tasting. I couldn't finish the box.

I find most LD cakes sickingly sweet or just not good (hey cosmic brownie). These are incredible though. I almost wish I hadn't discovered them. It will make starting my New Years diet that much harder.

These seem to have way more strawberry than I remembered, so nice, love them going to buy more, hubby eats two at a time, he always liked the zingers he says he likes these more now. Yes, they are sweet, not overly just typical.

I received my Little Debbie Shortcake Rolls today, May 9th, 2023, only to find that the box stated a Guaranteed Fresh date through May 1st, 2023! When I pay full price, I expect a fresh product! This has little to do with Little Debbie and everything to do with Target!
